The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

They must only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Unclaimed Parcels / Non-Collected Shipments

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to the customer’s failure to collect the shipment or provide the necessary information for successful delivery, this does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract.

In such cases, the original shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded, as the service was duly provided. Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refundable product amount.
