Monday – AM: CrossFit® (squats, deadlifts, bench press + burpees)
Tuesday – AM: HIIT; PM: Yoga
Wednesday – AM: 8–10km run; PM: Gymnastics
Thursday – AM: Olympic lifts + Metcon; PM: 5km easy run
