Go Primal at Wodland Fest Malaga: Strength, Spirit, and Fear of None
This past weekend, the vibrant city of Málaga was the epicenter of raw athletic power and unbreakable spirit as it hosted the Wodland Fest—one of the hottest up-and-coming CrossFit competitions in Europe. True to our DNA, Go Primal athletes made their mark, showing the world what it truly means to be Forever Getting Stronger.
What Was the Wodland Fest?
Wodland Fest is a dynamic CrossFit competition bringing together some of the fittest athletes across Europe. With challenging workouts ranging from heavy lifts to brutal endurance tests, it’s a true battlefield for those who live the hybrid training life: run fast and lift heavy.
This year, the stakes were higher than ever, serving as a crucial stepping stone for athletes aiming to qualify for bigger stages like the CrossFit Games.
Aniol, Sven, Fabian, Bron, and Julia: A New Standard of Excellence
Our Go Primal team was on fire:
-
Aniol Ekai (a rising powerhouse in the European CrossFit scene) showcased his trademark explosiveness and grit, landing top placements in some events.
-
Sven Geens and Fabian Hermans—our Belgian phenoms—moved with technical precision, crushing complex workouts with ease.
-
Julia Błażejowska, with her undeniable work ethic and grace under pressure, proved why she's one of the most exciting athletes to watch this season.
-
And of course, the legend himself, Big Bron—Bronisław Olenkowicz (who is Big Bron? A CrossFit Games athlete, multi-time national champion, and one of the strongest men in the sport)—turned heads in epic fashion.
Bron's performance during the Clean and Jerk Complex not only brought the house down but also triggered a viral media moment that would boost Go Primal’s visibility even beyond the competition floor.
Fear of None: Our Apparel Goes Viral
Speaking of Bron, his dominant showing was just part of the story. Sporting our brand-new Fear of None apparel line, Bron became the symbol of strength and style combined.
✅ Multiple fitness media outlets captured and shared epic images and clips of Bron rocking the "Fear of None" collection.
✅ Our viral video from the Clean and Jerk Complex event was reposted by top industry pages, bringing thousands of new eyes to GoPrimal.
✅ The feedback? Overwhelming. Bold. Fearless. Exactly what we represent.
The Fear of None line isn’t just clothing—it's a statement. It's about facing the impossible without hesitation. And thanks to moments like Bron’s, it’s already carving out a space in the hearts of athletes worldwide.
What's Next: The Road to Glory
Our athletes' journey is far from over:
🏋️♂️ French Throwdown: Our athletes will now gear up to face another monumental test. This competition will either punch their ticket to the CrossFit Games or solidify their status among the best in Europe. (For those wondering: What is the CrossFit Games? It's the world’s ultimate test of fitness—a competition to find the "Fittest on Earth.")
🌎 World Fitness Project: For those aiming at the WFP (What is the World Fitness Project? It's a global functional fitness league pushing athletic limits further than ever before), things get even more exciting. Some athletes will have to travel to the United States to take part in on-site qualifying events, battling against elite competition to earn a coveted spot.
This is not just a season—this is a movement. And GoPrimal is right at the center of it.
Go Primal x Underground Training: More Than Just Competition
While in Málaga, the Go Primal team also joined the opening of a brand-new Underground Training center—the third in the growing network of elite functional training gyms. (Where is Underground Training? It’s a chain of advanced, performance-focused training spaces across Spain.)
Underground Training isn’t just a gym—it’s a community, and it reflects everything Go Primal stands for: hard work, no shortcuts, and fearless progression.
🏋️♂️ At the new center—and during our visits to the other two existing locations—we proudly presented the Fear of None by Go Primal apparel line. Athletes, coaches, and fans got a first look and first feel of the new gear in action.
If you're wondering what it's like to train at Underground Training, think elite programming, no excuses, and a gritty environment built for performance. If you're training in Málaga, this is the place to be.
Final Thoughts: Building Stronger Humans
At Go Primal, we don't just fuel champions—we build them.
Our athletes’ performances at Wodland Fest embody everything we stand for: passion, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of greatness. Whether it's dominating competitions, making noise in the media, or simply inspiring others to chase a healthier, stronger life, we’re proud to stand beside these incredible humans.
Fear of None. Forever Getting Stronger.
The season is heating up—and we’re just getting started. 🔥
